Asana
I was the Design Manager and Pillar Lead for the Adoption design team for 2.5 years. We worked on improving onboarding and core feature flows, monetization and billing flows, and enterprise scale readiness.
2015–2016
Dropbox
I was the Lead Designer and Design Manager for the File Collaboration team at Dropbox. We worked on overhauling how sharing content works, and working with VPs to set the company vision 2-3 years out.

Atlassian
I was a Lead Designer on a few teams including Bitbucket, HipChat, and created the Atlassian Design System.
